30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it.
• Be unworn or unused, with tags.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@knackmart.com. We are available to answer any questions regarding returns at the same email address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective.
• The item is damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
• Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
• Personal care goods (beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items and gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with tags.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
