What is the European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period?

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
